WATERSPORTS
With the Trade Winds providing almost year-round breezes, and brisk winds in the winter, Bequia offers great conditions for windsurfers. In the calm beach shallows on the leeward side, kayaking is also a popular pastime.

TENNIS
Tennis courts are available at the Frangipani, Gingerbread, Friendship Bay and Spring hotels. Courts can be hired by non-residents of the hotels for a small fee, (and subject to availability) and equipment can also usually be rented.
