High season runs from mid-December to mid-April. Ulra-high season runs the week or two around Christmas and New Year, when prices can more than double. The average annual temperature is 80°F (27°C), but the hottest weather occurs during the hurricane season between June and November.

For the best diving on Anguilla, head out to this underwater cavern, where nurse sharks and barracuda swim through rock formations not far from several sunken shipwrecks. Snorkelling, diving and day trip tour operators leave out of Sandy Ground.
