Suriname to strengthen foreign relations |

PARAMARIBO, Suriname: In 2008 the Suriname government will step up efforts to improve and strengthen relations with neighbouring countries, bilateral partners and multilateral institutions, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in its budget proposal for the fiscal year 2008.
