PARAMARIBO, Suriname: Two new GSM providers on the Suriname telecommunications scene, Uniqa and Digicel, on Monday night signed an agreement with incumbent Telesur to open up its network and establish inter- connection with these companies. During the next two weeks, Ericsson will install equipment.
