Cuba, Samoa establish diplomatic relations |

HAVANA, Cuba (AFP): Cuba has estalished diplomatic relations with the Pacific island of Samoa, which became the 186th nation to have ties with the communist-ruled country, an official statement said Saturday. The diplomatic ties were formally established during a ceremony at UN headquarters in New York.
