GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): An action oriented approach, involving carefully crafted policies to reflect the needs of people in the Region, particularly youths and the mobilisation of adequate resources, were some of the recommendations put forward by Guyana's Minister of Culture, Youth and Sport.
