Talks held in Guyana in preparation for Commonwealth finance ministers meeting
GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): Preparatory talks continued over the weekend for the Commonwealth Finance Ministers Meeting scheduled to commence on Monday in Guyana. Guyana's Minister of Finance Dr Ashni Singh on Sunday met Deputy Secretary General of the Commonwealth Ransford Smith.
