Guyana is a free country, says president
GEORGETOWN, Guyana (GINA): Commenting on the recent decision by the Stabroek Newspaper (SN) to stage a protest during the 2007 Commonwealth Finance Ministers’ Meeting held in Georgetown, Guyana, Head of State Bharrat Jagdeo said that Guyana is a free country, and the newspaper has every right to protest.
