ORANGE WALK, Belize: Ground-breaking ceremonies were held on Wednesday at the Belize Sugar Industries (BSI) Tower Hill Compound for a US$62 million co-generation plant. Belcogen will be a 3.5 megawatt co- generating power plant that will use the sugar cane waste bagasse for its fuel.
