BELIZE CITY, Belize: A former Belizean minister of health was arrested and charged on Friday for the crimes of theft and obtaining property by deception.  Jose Coye, who served in successive cabinet posts in the Musa administration is accused of stealing over BZ$200,000 from a businessman.
