BRIDGETOWN, Barbados: Former Barbados Prime Minister Owen Arthur will lead a Commonwealth Observer Group to the Maldives Presidential Election scheduled for 8 October 2008. This was announced by Commonwealth Secretary-General Kamalesh Sharma. The Observers will be supported by a staff team.
