FISHING: It's sailfish, kings and dolphin offshore with tarpon hitting inshore
Capt. Dave Kostyo, who fishes on Knot Nancy out of North Miami Beach, said sailfish, kingfish and some dolphin were biting offshore, and tarpon were biting inshore.
