ST JOHN’S, Antigua: Antigua and Barbuda’s Prime Minister, Baldwin Spencer has been awarded the United Nations 2008 Millennium Development Goals (MDG) Award, becoming the first politician to receive the prestigious honour. A CMC report said that Spencer is the third recipient of the award.
