Antigua-Barbuda PM meets with Raul Castro
HAVANA, Cuba (ACN): Cuban President Raul Castro met on Monday with the Prime Minister of Antigua and Barbuda, Baldwin Spencer, who arrived in Havana for an official visit at the invitation of the Cuban leader. After the welcoming ceremony at the Palace of the Revolution, the two leaders held official talks.
